Temazcal is a traditional sweat lodge ceremony used by indigenous cultures in Mesoamerica for centuries. It involves entering a dome-shaped structure heated with volcanic stones steamed with floral water, and infused with fragrant medicinal herbs, creating a sacred space for healing, purification, transformation, and connection to the spirit world.
