What to Expect:
Opening Circle: We'll begin with a grounding opening circle to connect with ourselves and each other.
Free-form Dance: The dance floor is yours to explore! Move in any way that feels good to you, without judgment or expectations.
Live DJ: With a curated selection of music that will inspire and support your dance journey, ranging from gentle rhythms to high-energy beats.
Safe and Supportive Space: Our experienced facilitators will create a safe and welcoming space for you to express yourself fully.
No Talking: We maintain a silent dance floor to encourage deeper connection to your body and the music.
Closing Circle: We'll end with a closing circle to integrate our experiences and connect with the vibrant Tulum community.
