Day 2: First Kambo, Bufo, and Rapéh Experience
7:00 am - 11:30 am: A deep cleansing experience: First (and last for 3-night guests) Kambo, Rapéh & Sananga ceremony around a sacred fire circle. It will include an opening talk: “Energetic awareness in ceremony”, journaling, medicine music, energy healing, kundalini activation, integration, and closing ritual. 11:30 am - 1:15 pm: First (and last for 3-night guests) Bufo Alvarius ceremony: Journey into another dimension Activities woven into these 2 ceremonies: Yoga, meditation, smudging ritual, mindfulness earthing, sun gazing, conscious breathwork, "the best of yesterday" circle, and closing ritual. 1:30 pm - 2:30 pm: Nutrient-dense vegetarian/vegan lunch. 2:30 pm - 5:00 pm: Assessment consultation, rest, integration time, and nature exploration. 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm: Flower hot baths and plant remedies in our giant copper cauldrons. 5:15 pm - 5:30 pm: Step into the heart of the lush jungle that surrounds Ek Lum and embark on a captivating nature exploration adventure. Our jungle walk and mindfulness practice will lead you through this pristine ecosystem, allowing you to connect with the vibrant, biodiverse environment. Traverse along natural trails, discover unique plant species, and encounter the diverse wildlife that calls the jungle home. 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm: Explore a nearby cenote, a natural sinkhole and revered Mayan swimming pool, for a rejuvenating and enchanting experience. The cenote's pristine, crystal-clear waters provide an ideal setting for swimming, snorkeling, and immersing yourself in the ancient Mayan realm. This journey takes you into the Earth's depths, allowing you to unearth hidden treasures and purify your spirit in this natural, sacred haven.
